Who we are

What we collect and why

• When you contact us, volunteer, register for an event or sign up for updates: your name, contact details and your message, so we can reply and keep in touch.
• If you donate: the details our donation provider shares with us, so we can thank you and claim Gift Aid where you have agreed.

Where it is kept

Your details are kept in our contacts system (Zoho CRM, EU data centre) and our email (Microsoft 365). We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

[Add retention periods, for example: enquiries 2 years from last contact; donation records 6 years.]

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop hearing from us, at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Forms and donation pages provided by other services may set their own cookies when you use them.
